Planning for retirement is important.
The WAC offers a 401(K) and a Roth option. Wondering which one to pick? Perhaps both? Our retirement advisor, David Mann, provides guidance and advice at no cost to you. Contact him at [email protected].
General Information
The WAC uses automatic enrollment in compliance with current guidelines. You are automatically enrolled into the 401(K) at 3% of your salary.
All team members are eligible on the first day of the month following ninety (90) days of employment.
You can “mix and match” between a 401(K) and a Roth option.
The WAC will match your contributions at 10%, at up to 10% of your annual income.
Your contribution will be automatically increased by 1% every August 1 until you reach the maximum match of 10%.
You are fully vested after five (5) years of employment. The money you contribute is always 100% yours to keep; fully vested means you get to keep all of the WAC’s match too.
