Employment Basics
When’s payday?
Bi-weekly, every other Friday. We’ll let you know at onboarding what your first pay date will be.
Do I get benefits?
You’re eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits if you work thirty (30) hours a week or more. New hires are eligible on the first day of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. (Union team members, different rules apply. See HR.)
What about time off?
The WAC’s PTO policy encompasses both Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick time, in alignment with local laws. See the Time Away page for more information.
