All team members sign our Policies and Procedures at onboarding, including a Code of Ethics. If you’d like a copy of the documents you signed, please reach out to HR, and they will be happy to provide those.

Our Anti-Harassment Policy.

  • We expect Team Members to treat each other with respect and in harmony with our values: Leadership, Excellence, Integrity, Service, and Sensitivity.
  • Inappropriate behavior that is not respectful is cause for corrective action, ranging from disciplinary warning to dismissal.
  • If you feel that you or other Team Members, Members, or Guests have been subjected to harassment, identify the behavior to the harasser and request that it stop.
  • If you are uncomfortable addressing it with the harasser, or if you do and the behavior does not stop, immediately discuss it with Human Resources, your supervisor/manager, or any manager you feel comfortable with.
  • Managers/Supervisors who receive a complaint of harassment must contact Human Resources regarding the matter immediately.
  • If a Team Member does not feel comfortable reporting an incident to anyone at the WAC, they may call the confidential Help Line at: 1-877-472-2110

Human Resources will investigate all complaints promptly, impartially, and discreetly. The appropriate parties will be notified of the results when the investigation concludes.

No Team Member will suffer retaliation in any form for reporting instances of harassment, and evidence of retaliation is cause for immediate dismissal.
